Chapter 101. Another Day to Fight

“Lady Aria?”

Isabella repeated, then chuckled coldly.

“Who made her important? She’s nothing but a discarded toy. Now step aside, kid—you’re irritating me.”

Her glare was like that of a goddess enraged by her mortal subject.

"I can't do that, ma'am".

Stacy insisted.

Miren forced herself to step forward in order to get Stacy out of trouble.

She walked and stood infront of Stacy as if protecting her.

"Like she said, we can't let you in there ma'am. We have Lord Zayne’s orders—”

“I’m done with these clowns. Shut her up.”

Isabella muttered the words, and instantly, the huge man that was closer to her gripped Miren’s neck with iron hand, strangling her.

Stacy fell on her knees begging for Miren to be spared while the others wanted to intervene, but the presence of the other guards was too intimidating.

“How dare you? Who do you think you’re talking to?”
