Chapter 31. I Hate Him
I got to her room and dropped her gently on the bed.
She bounced lightly on the mattress, her long hair fanning over the pillow, her eyes flaming with fury.
“You disobeyed me again! No one crosses that line!” she hissed, sitting up fast. “And I tell you, first thing tomorrow morning, I will be with Lord Vince, and I will make sure you're fired!”
I said nothing but stepped closer to her.
She flinched slightly but didn't move away.
I reached up and unclipped the sling wrapped around my shoulder—the one holding up my supposedly “broken” arm.
Her brows furrowed in confusion.
“What the hell?” she whispered. “That was support for your arm. You fixed your arm?”
She blinked, visibly thrown off.
“Whatever,” she muttered, shaking her head, recovering. “I don’t want to know what just happened. Titan, on your knees.”
She instructed with her chin up.
I didn't argue and did exactly as she instruct
