I rolled my eyes at Nicole’s words. 

“Whatever you’re thinking, well, you might be right.”

“Oh my goodness! Can you see all these? What’s in that bag? That wrapped parcel? And these flowers too, they’re so much. What are we going to do with them? We can’t take this with us to the station, you know, right?” 

“I know….” I said with a sigh, my chest tightening at the thought of leaving such a beautiful bouquet arrangement behind.

“Bitch, aren’t you going to check what’s in that bag and the parcel? I think it’s a photo frame or something.” 

Nicole didn’t need to say much because just as she finished her sentence, I was already dragging my feet to the bed and plopping my ass slowly on it; I began to check the bag's contents.
