Chapter 63

"Okay, Daisy, go," Joey said. Him, Oli and Erik were quizzing everyone on their covers. The three of them were actually on the mission, however they were staying at the Agency and working behind the scenes, dealing with the information we would send to the Agency.

Currently they were quizzing us on the reasons why we got put into the group homes.

I sighed and crossed my arms over my chest. "I'm there for numerous reasons really. Theft, arson, breaking and entering, running away from one of my many foster homes while on probation. I'm basically a devil child," I said and rolled my eyes.

Blake seemed surprised at my knowledge of my cover.

"Blake, I would rather be anywhere than here preparing for a mission, but it doesn't mean I can't remember a stupid bit of paper," I said. "I know I'm a loose canon, but I'm not going to screw up the mission. I may not do anything to help it, but I'm not going to stop everyone in it."
