Chapter 10

Ginger

"What have I done?" is the first question that comes to mind when I wake up, look around the room, and find myself in an unfamiliar place. When I see who is next to me, I cover my mouth to stifle a groan. Why is Mr. Moore next to me? How did we end up sleeping together? I have many questions in my mind and few answers. I realize that I am naked and stifle a scream.

Some images from the previous night flash through my mind, and I sigh. I have lost my virginity to my boss. I don't remember if we used protection or not, but in my mind, there is no image of him looking for a condom. I quickly get up and search for my clothes, which I find in a corner of the room. It pains me to see my underwear there. I feel dirty and used, like I have let myself be carried away by something that was not worth it.
