Chapter 64. Complicated Emotions

Why does this little girl feel like deja Vu and what are these voices and memories I'm seeing right now.

"Nolana.' a lady came running to her.

Her name is Nolana? 

"You shouldn't speak with strangers. What are you doing?' 

"Aunt Jessie.' 

We both stared at each other.

She gasped with her hand on her mouth and muttered.

"Gerard.' 

What! Who is she calling Gerard? Me? What is she talking about? Why is everyone so weird here in California?

"And who might you be?'

"Aunt Jessie, do you know him? He's the one who tied my shoelaces.'

The so-called Aunt Jessie came to me and held my shoulders. 

Why do these wolves here in California have a habit of touching a stranger's shoulders?

I pulled her hands off my shoulders, I don't like it. 

What the fuck is going on here?

"It is you." She exclaimed. "Gerard.' 

"Who is who?' This was hilarious but I didn't want to laugh.
