To Veronica's surprise, Blake didn't touch her that night. He respected her choice and let go of her afterward. But he had one request. Veronica had to spend her night sleeping inside his arms. He held her close in his embrace and slept like a baby. She understood that alcohol had affected his emotions terribly. But it felt cute when he admitted that he was jealous.

With a contented heart, she fell asleep in his arms. Unlike other times, she woke up late the following day and received a ton of messages on her phone.
