Chapter 120. He Was Our Enemy, Taylor

Jessie noticed a strange aura surrounding her as soon as she entered the house. Strangely, Din Cooper wasn't in the living room waiting for her. 

She went to his room and slightly opened the door. She looked into the gloom with the light turned off. As Din slept, she could hear his breathing. 

Jessie locked the door before returning to her bedroom. She was concerned for Din. Normally, he would have waited for her to arrive and inquired as to her delay, but this time he didn't. It had never happened before, but he fell asleep before her. 

She looked at the photo she had taken from the doctor one last time, then opened her cupboard and put it inside. Regarding what had happened today, Jessie felt uneasy. The meeting with Marco and the sudden love she felt. She adjusted the curtain that was set up to cover her window and walked back to her bed to sit down. After giving it some thought, she suddenly started crying.
