Chapter 168

Celine was biting her lower lip and shaking her hand as she awaited the results of her test from the doctor.

Elise arrived on time, carrying fresh lemon juice and bread. "You have to eat first," Elise said, handing her food.

Celine agreed to it. "Thank you, Elise." Her voice was shaking from nervousness.

Elise noticed that so she caressed her back. "The result will be okay, just trust it." she eased Celine's heart.

Celine gave a slight nod. "I hope so because if the result hasn't changed,  I'm going to give up."

Elise exhaled a sigh. She simply stared at Celine.

After a while, the doctor came out and approached them both.

The doctor sighed and looked sadly at Celine. Celine bowed down as if she already knew what that look meant.

Kallen was utterly obsessed to say hello to the girl he met the day before. He wasn't supposed to go there yesterday because he had a lot of work to do, so this morning he went immediately
