Chapter 31. Shopping Date

The drive home is silent. I wait, and he doesn't speak. Giving in, I turn and look towards him.

"Come on Calix, your brain must be hurting right now holding it all in." I laugh slightly waiting.

"Holding what in?" He turns and looks at me confused.

"You're playing dumb? I mean you thinking of ways to tell me I can't fuck Demitri, and not to do it. How it is wrong, and not allowed." I watch him turn to see me briefly before his eyes go back to the road.

"That is yours and Demitri's choice."

"Eh?" I look at him confused. "That's bullshit." I laugh slightly and he nods.

"Maybe it is puddin, or maybe it isn't. You are both grown-ass adults and can choose to make your own mistakes." 

Why is he acting weird? I stay staring at him, waiting for him to decide to talk, to be honest, and tell me it is wrong but he doesn't. Getting out we walk in, and Calix walks off claiming he needs to make a call.
