Chapter 105. So Surreal
"You did nothing wrong. I just couldn’t understand why your mom chose not to tell me,” Theo had said.
“Dad?”
“Yes, baby girl.”
“I have something to show you,” She got up quickly, headed to her room, and grabbed the letter.
She decided to show him the letter her mother had left her. She would tell him about the diary, but she wanted to read it first.
She sat beside him when he scooped her back to cradle style while he read the letter. Then Theo stiffened and sniffled.
She knew it was at her mother’s declaration of love for him and that the mate bond was to be respected and a precious thing to be cherished, so she would never come between them in that way.
However, she could not be around the man she loved and watch him have a life with another.
That she made clear she would not do and hoped they understood.
After hearing all that her father had to say about her mother, she realized he needed this closure. Theo had read the letter
