I had to let Riley go. I had to get to work so against all sound reasoning, I let her out of my car. That's not a good enough reason but it gave me the space I needed from her at the moment. Yes, after everything that happened in Carlos's home, I needed space from Riley.

It was like we were back in familiar territory. Back in a territory where we were still in love with each other. But that couldn't be possible. I was not in love with Riley. Sure, I felt a huge attraction for her. I was insanely attracted to her but that did not mean I was in love with her right?

And why did my friends have to point out the fact that she was the only one who had been able to understand me very well and help me out of my episodes?
