Ash's POV 

Perhaps I just wanted to be close with Riley the only way I could. I was in her nightclub, but I was in the bar area, and I ordered a drink, one which I had not taken a sip from. 

The club was still busy, and business was as usual. I appreciated that. And I appreciated the person who I now knew was Riley's second in command. He was doing everything in his power to keep the club running. But this was when the plan she was having for an Afrobeat night would have been implemented. This was supposed to be the African night or something. I could not remember exactly what she called it, but I knew it had something to do with Afrobeat music.

She also explained one time that it wasn't just Afrobeat but also African music as a whole. To appreciate Africans. I had no idea where she had even gotten the thought from but I would be lying if I said it wasn't a good idea to implement.

Carlos and Orianna walked in, and they took the seats on either side
