Chapter 84. Crying in the Silence of the Night

John never would have thought that this day would come. The man he hated for taking his wife away months ago reappeared in Annastacia's office and was cuddling on the couch with his wife.

With great emotion, John grabbed JC's shoulder and threw his fist into the handsome face of the famous pop star. Fresh blood trickled through the torn edges of JC's lips.

The young man rose to face John, Anna's legal husband. "I'm not afraid of you!" he cried aloud.

Annastacia suddenly panicked when she saw the two burly men fighting before her. She shouted out of the room, "Nurse Miranda, call security to come here ASAP!"

Immediately, Nurse Miranda called the extension number of the hospital's security office and asked the security officer to come to the 3rd floor, the general surgery department.
