Chapter 15. Potential Mates

" P-potential mates?" Edwina stuttered to say in repeat. She was not willing to believe what she felt for any of those new guys could be anything of that sort. Edwina had thought a curse or something had been placed on her after awakening, or perhaps someone had put a spell on her to feel like this for the new guys as a way of pranking her so as to embarrass and bully her.

She had this thought first, knowing how cruel others were towards her. And she wouldn't be surprised if they tried to disgrace her even now that she'd gotten over her condition.

" Yes, Mates..." Her mother's tone was staid and firm. There was no doubt in her words, and this made Edwina rethink her previous conception about the matter.

" Mates?..." Edwina muttered half-dumbfounded and half in disbelief. What confused her was that she knew for one that a Wolfblood is permitted just one mate and they're always one. If she counted those whom she "matched" with as her mother had said, that'd be four l
