Chapter 48

Andrew’s POV

I decided to go visit Emily, with my daughter. I don’t know if it’s a good idea or not, but I couldn’t leave Maya alone in my house, even though my men are watching my big house.

When I arrive at the hospital, I get out of my car and go to the back to pick up Maya, who has fallen asleep in her seat. She is adorable! I take her gently in my arms to avoid waking her up and enter the hospital.

Elisa has already texted me Emily’s room number, so I’m heading to that one. I then enter and I am surprised to see so many people in her room. I thought it was only one person at a time. Mark, Natasha, John, Hugo, Elisa who is holding her baby stare at me, or rather Maya who is asleep in my arms, and I’m surprised when they smile at me. I thought they were going to yell at me, but no. They seem happy that I’m there.

They decide to all go out to leave me alone with Emily. Natasha stretches out her arms to take Maya, then leaves the room. I settle into the chai
