Emily’s POV

I’m happy to be with Andrew, after these many days when this moron ignored me. He does everything to catch up, which makes me smile slightly. He has dark circles under his eyes, and I know it’s because of me. I kept having nightmares, and he must have watched over me while I slept.

I eat my croissant and look at Andrew, who is seated opposite me. His eyes are closed, and the palm of his hand is holding his head, which is tilted slightly to the side. I smile and stretch my available arm towards his face. I gently place my fingers on her cheek, and caress her. I missed doing this so much!

I gasp in surprise seeing his eyes open, moreover, a smirk appears on his beautiful lips.

“Don’t stop, princess. I missed it so much.”

I quickly withdraw my hand, flushed with shame, as he bursts out laughing.

“You always look so beautiful when you blush, honey.”

I glare at him before eating my croissant.

The doorbell rings and I frown.
