Elisa’s POV

I haven’t seen her for five years. Five years since I heard her voice. Five years I could not take her in my arms. Five years I haven’t been able to laugh with her. I missed her so much!

I know she’s gonna be mad at me for not visiting her in jail, I’m so mad at myself, but I did it for her, it’s to prove her innocence so I left.

She needed help and support that I couldn’t give her and I’m so sorry for leaving her, for leaving Emily, my little sister.

I feel my heart sink seeing her eyes filled with both anger and sadness while before her eyes reflected only love, joy, and happiness.

She changed so much, not only physically but also mentally. She is even more beautiful than before, more sure of herself, more mature and above all more aggressive, which made me smile slightly.
