"Perhaps not; I just forgot to take the pill yesterday, so the chances of me getting pregnant are slim."

What if I do become pregnant? Clyde claimed me several times that night.

I merely shook my head and got some food ready. But then there was a loud noise as I was eating. It's just a ringtone.

I frowned and went to the living room, where the noise was coming from. When I saw Clyde's cellphone on the table, my brow furrowed even more.

I approached it and turned to face the caller.

There, Daniella is the registered name.

Daniella? What about Daniella Monroe? The one in the restaurant with Clyde?

My mind quickly warmed up, and I picked up the phone to end the call. But there was a message just a few seconds later.

Daniella has written:

'Babe?  Where have you gone?

Daniella's message is this: I wanted to respond, but Clyde's cellphone has a passcode, so I simply moaned loudly.

"Babe, huh?" I asked, smirking. I was taken a
