Chapter 68. Agony
“I-Is that…”
I couldn’t finish my words; shellshocked at what I was hearing and seeing through my werewolf vision.
In the middle of the darkness was a form of an almost deformed human, half turned into his wolf form. The figure was standing but it wasn’t upright.
His hands were on his face–his nails digging on his cheeks, and his screams were louder than anything I’ve ever heard in an enclosed space.
“That’s him. That’s what became of him when we found him. We almost lost two warriors because of his strength and his untamed nature.” Sebastian was screaming that beside me, but his voice sounded like a whisper compared to the rogue’s screams of agony.
My hands shook as it instinctively went to my mouth. Tears brimmed in my eyes as I saw what became of the nice and quiet boy I knew from the Omega house.
