Chapter 80. Experiment

‘Sabrina…where are you? Please speak to me, baby.’

I wanted to scream out. To speak back to the one who has been calling me for days now. But I didn’t know how to. 

Or more like, I couldn’t.

’Sabrina? Sabrina!’

The call has been so consistent since I woke up days ago. The ache in my chest from the emotions I was feeling from somewhere the speaker was what got me up from my deep slumber. 

‘Please, help me.’ I spoke up in my head. But even that sounded weak. I was weak. I have been weak since I woke up. 

I don’t know how many days it has been. I would go in and out of consciousness. And as soon as I got enough strength, the same 3-inch syringe would come penetrating back to my neck. Then I’d be swallowed by darkness again.

I had no sense of time, even of what was going around me since that day I had a conversation with that scarred rogue. All I know is, they are finally running their experiments on me.
