Chapter 6. Resentment
Maxwell rolled on his chair and scoffed. He was seated in his office and watching the clock ticking. On the well-furnished table before him were his car keys, two phones and a sun glass. His secretary had walked in few minutes ago to inform him of his appointment with Alex Sinclair in the next hour.
She was wearing a very short skimpy skirt on heels and a tight shirt that barely covered her chest. She wore no underwear, as always, in case the boss wanted her.
He waved his hand dismissively and she walked out.
So now Alex wants to meet up huh? Maxwell thought. He had not even begun with him yet. This was just the tip of the iceberg. But of course, he Maxwell Sinclair is kind enough to give him audience.
In fact, he was very much interested in what Alex had to say. He knew Alex would not stoop so low to beg him, just at least, not so soon. Perhaps, he wanted to bring him offers and talk him out of being interested in his company.
But he was going to bend
