Chapter 101. Selena Went Missing

Shivering, Jade sat on her bed and hugged both of her legs. Ever since she witnessed the strange event last night, her eyes have not closed. She started to question what was happening. Why are Dalett and Trisha standing next to it? Its red eyes caught her attention, and something was not right. Selena has also not returned home. 

The rain continued to fall from the first hour of last night, and thunder was rumbling. Jade’s eyes scanned the entire room as she gave herself a closer hug. While she waited for her sister to return home, she had stayed in Selena’s room rather than her own. 

The sound of the creaking door was apparent the moment the rain stopped. Jade bolted from Selena’s room, running down the stairs to the front door. She noticed Dalett and Trisha attempting to enter quietly. She looked around, but Selena was not among them. She asked, "Where is my sister?"
