Chapter 104. Selena Must Be Found

Dalett was the first one to leave underneath the bed. As she opened the door, she peered out and saw Aunt Patricia leave completely before locking it. She turned to look at Jade. “Get up now. She has left.”

Jade removed the blanket from over her head. She sighed with relief. “At first, I thought I was going to be caught, but your plan worked.” 

“If you had not thought of putting a towel on her and adding that to her height, she would have been caught,” Dalett said.

“Of course she will. Selena is tall, and...” she observed Jade. “You are not short, but you are not as tall as Selena.”

“I understand that. What should we do if she comes back tomorrow? You have all heard what she said about taking her to the hospital if she does not recover by tomorrow. I am so scared, guys. I am so scared.” 

“I am more scared of Selena. I did not realize Titus never accepted her rejection.” Dalett spoke.
