Chapter 55. Easton's Plan with Henry

Easton gave him a strange look. “What is the name of your pack?”

“We are rogues, not a pack.”

“Rogues? I had never heard of it before.” He bit into the chicken after looking down at it. Henry did not mind that he was eating as if he had not eaten in years. He allowed the boy to feast. 

“Some of us left, and others were kicked out of the pack. Since you left your pack, I believe you should join our territory.”

“I can’t remember” Easton stated. 

“It is fine. Allow yourself plenty of time. You are safe here.” Henry commented

Easton cast a quick glance at him. “How can I thank you for rescuing me back there?” He inquired. 

“Just grow into a good, strong man. I have a feeling you are going to be great one day. When that time comes, you should repay me.”
