Alex's POV

The studio was abuzz with activity as we worked on the final touches for opening night. The last couple of months had been a rollercoaster ride in terms of challenges and breakthroughs, and now, as we set our pieces into the final display arrangement, I could feel the anticipation hanging palpably in the air.

I watched as Sarah carefully adjusted the lighting on one of her pieces. Here was that same perfectionism, but there was a steady determination in the way she moved.

"Everything looks amazing," I said, coming up behind her. "You have really outdone yourself.".

She looked up, her face gentling. "Thanks, Alex. I've been working on these pieces for so long; it feels good to see them finally come together. And, you know, it's just been really amazing how we've all supported each other through this.".

Lila, facing away while she was arranging the guest book, turned to smile. "It really has been a journey. I feel this exhibiti
