Eric furrowed his brow in confusion. He didn’t understand what she was doing. If she was telling the truth or if she was joking like she said.

“Gosh, I caught you off guard,” she said, still laughing.

Eric smiled at her. He didn’t know what to do.

“It was a joke, okay?”

“Should we watch another movie?” Eric asked.

“No, I am feeling sleepy, so I will just go to sleep,” Tina said and went to her room.

She closed the door and touched her chest. Her heart was still beating so fast.

“What’s wrong with you? You have gone crazy.”

She jumped on the bed and screamed into the pillow. If she wasn’t smart enough, she would have embarrassed herself.
