Amber’s POV

Once again, it was just me and Dale in the house. Jacob already went home because something came up with his Luna. I heard from Dale’s phone conversation one time that Luna has committed suicide at Jacob’s workplace in Claybourne.

I am sure that the issue would make a great scandal but Dale has prohibited me to watch the news or even checked my phone lately. He even confiscated it from me.

Then, my mood was totally ruined when Dale gave me a piece of paper pertaining to my wedding to Jacob’s brother. As my master, he has the right to refuse it, but I learned, he was the one who insisted on the wedding. Meaning to say, he really didn’t want to have me in his house.

For the nth time, I read the written agreement that he forced me to sign earlier. It was stipulated in the agreement that even if I would be married to Jacob’s brother, Dale would have every right to see me whenever he wanted to.
