Chantel chuckles. "Oh, I am though. If I came across any of your ex-partners, I'd be very annoyed. Constantly annoyed. So, I get it if you're not over it."

Before I can answer, someone knocks on the door and then saunters into the room without waiting for an answer. It's the woman from earlier.

Chantel and I don't even bother to say anything about her not knocking. It's quite funny, to be frank.

"Are you ready, your majesties?" she asks.

"I just need to feed Arcane, and we'll be down. Is that good?"

"Arcane?" She frowns. "Oh right, the wolveleon. Of course, ma'am." With that being said, she's out of the room.
