"A lady? The Queen's sister?" Mrs.Vaughn, the housekeeper of this mansion- which I assume is called the Luna Mansion- says. She's the one who runs the show. She and her husband Mr.Vaughn, the butler. They're supposed to be Chantel and Lexcis's righthand woman and man.

But we're new here so that'll take some time.
