Mera cries but she tries to hold it in. It's her time for the vows but she barely makes it without letting that cry out.

It's a beautiful ceremony. Flowers and lights everywhere. Mera's dress is absolutely stunning, it's big like a ballgown but completely white with all kinds of diamonds on them. She looks like an angel.

My brother is my brother. Meaning his suit is perfect. Matching hers with the few diamonds that he has on his dress jacket as well.

The ceremony is over and we all applaud them while they go over to the dance area outside, right by the fountain. Mrs. Vaughn and I worked very hard for this. The afterparty is probably already readied for us at the Mansion.

"Can I have this dance?" Lexcis asks me with a sly smile.

"You sure can, your highness." I take his hand and follow him to the dance floor.
