"Lexcis, he came out of no-" I pointed to the spot where Damon was standing just a second ago but I found it empty.

"Who?" Lexcis cups my cheeks.

"I- he was-" I begin to breathe very fast, I'm stumbling over my words. "What?" I cry, biting down on my lip as I cover my eyes with my hands, "I'm crazy. Lexcis, I- I saw him! But no one's here! Oh god." I push his hands off and begin to pace around as I cry. How is this happening? Why is this happening?

I'm dangerous. I can't be around them. I shouldn't be.

"Promise me, you won't let me see Fayera. I can't be trusted around her. I'm insane, Lexcis. I'm cr-"
