Both Lancer and I were horrified by the destruction caused by the explosions. Houses were on fire, people were running for their lives, and worst of all, werewolves—huge black werewolves running around with red scars on their furry bodies.

“Krent pack!” My anger leaked out from my body as killing intent alerted the wolves. Five of them tried to attack me, but…

“Hyah!” Lancer stood in front of me and used his left-handed technique to throw them all back. “Arc flash!”

The attack wounded them severely; three were even killed by it, but two managed to run away.
