I left the blood moon's mansion and went back to my pack's house without informing anyone where I was going to. I found my uncle seated with the elders.

"A meeting without me?" I questioned when I saw them.

"Ava," uncle said, looking in my direction. "I just sent for you. Daniel must have missed you on his way." He added, and I nodded in understanding.

"What is going on?" I asked noticing the elders were not looking happy.

Uncle hesitated. "What is it, uncle?" I asked, with more demand.

"We've lost two members of the pack," he said.
