I sighted her walking down the stairs and then she paused for a few seconds and continued walking down the stairs.

"What else are you hiding from me?" I asked her.

"What are you talking about now?" She asked nonchalantly, walking past me. 

I grabbed her arm and pulled her back. "Don't act dumb with me," I said to her trying to control my anger.

She stared at me. "Need I remind you that you're in my house and you cannot do as you likely please with me as you do at your own house." She said in defiance.

"Need I also remind you that you've been given to me as a wife and I could choose to do whatever pleases me with you without any word from anyone? Who would dare challenge the alpha?" I said to her equally in defiance.
