Chapter 76. The End Road

I struck my father but he disappeared. Then I heard his voice behind me. "I've been easy on you, daughter, but you've proved to be quite stubborn." He said. I looked over at him and saw him transforming into a very giant black snake and his eyes were a twin pool of darkness. How could such impurity beget a pure wolf? I wondered.

My eyes were still flaming red, I was controlling the demon aura in me. I rushed toward him and he flung me aside. Skye rushed towards me. "Are you okay?" He asked and I nodded as he helped me to my feet. I felt a pain in my abdomen but said nothing about it.
