Claire’s POV

I quickly carried baby Sebi and I went down the stairs to see who he brought home.

“Maureen?” I thought to myself. Gosh, my brother must really like her.

“Hey,” she said as soon she saw me.

“Good to see you again,” I greeted her.

“Your brother brought me here, he wanted to introduce me to your mom,” she smiled.

“Is there something going on—” I didn’t finish what I was about to say because Caleb chimed in.

“Claire,” he said in the middle of Maureen and I’s conversation, “What?” I looked at him annoyingly for disrupting what I was supposed to say.

“Luke was looking for you,” he smiled while Mom followed both of them.

Why can’t he introduce Maureen properly to me as well.
