Claire’s POV

“Divorce is there, Luke. We can divorce once everything is done according to our plan, don’t worry about me too much. I put myself into this situation so there’s no one else to blame,” I smiled sadly.

“I’ll propose to you,” he said. “I’ll tell you the date when I’m ready so you could be prepared on the day of the proposal. Just act surprised, Claire,” he added, and I smiled a little.

“I will,” I said. “But you’re not yet two weeks in Singapore, why did you fly earlier than expected?” I asked him.

“Something’s off with you, and I have no clue. You didn’t update me like call or message me, you avoided me that I started to get nervous about what happened to you but it turned out that you’re just mad because of the pictures,” he smiled.

I think we’re okay again, I think we will be more okay if I didn’t capture any feelings for him so starting today even though we’re going to be married I will make sure not to catch any feelings for this
