Sienna's POV

6 Days to The Ancient Rites.

Valerie sighed and her next words hit me like a brick “you know what the whole pack wants is your death” she paused “but sienna I will plead with you not to give it a chance” she said quietly.

I sighed

The ball is now in my court.

I sat in the middle of the two girls. My fingers twisted the edge of my sleeve, my stomach in knots.

I didn’t know how I had ended up here and carrying the weight of two people’s beliefs like stones in my hands. One loved me too much to let me burn and die. The other believed in me so fiercely, it was terrifying. And me? I was just... tired.

I just want to sleep right now but terse two girls won't just let me be.
