Sienna’s POV

Kieran has been gone for hours and I was already getting too bored. I sighed again, already getting tired.I stood near the wide glass windows, watching the big moonlight across the palace courtyard. The stars blinked softly in the sky and watched in awe but my mind was disturbed .

He is not here yet. He has been gone for hours. My stomach grumbled again indicating that it needs food.

I didn’t even question him when he left. Not because I was scared of him but because it was the first time someone had spoken to me like I mattered. Like I was something to be protected. Even if just for a moment. My thoughts were interrupted with a knock on the door.
