Chapter 44

Maurvi’s POV

Gautam’s friends dragged him to dance and enjoy with them. I wanted to look for my little sister. I saw them, they were picking up more colors from the platters. Noopur and kshitij were enjoying a lot.

They were literally lost in each other, oblivious of others around them. I could see that she was extremely happy. Kshitij was a very nice man. I went to them and threw red colored water on both of them.

Kshitij went to grab another small bucket and Noopur ran after me with a dark green color in her hands. She does that on each Holi. She applies fast color which remains on skin for a day or two. So I started running, I kept running and looking back at her. We had already reached the extreme corner of that garden.

All of a sudden, I collided with someone. I looked at the face. It was Dr Aakash. I apologized to him for bumping into him and he smiled in a very weird way.
