That brat had made a mockery of me and the castle’s security, and instead of hunting him down and paying for trying to escape his punishment, here he was going to be at a stupid party. Jason would pay for pretending to be him so that someone else would die for him, and what pissed me off the most was that he had the ability to come up with this rather ingenious plan.
Jason was a mystery to me; how was it possible that he had outsmarted the guards and the entire castle and escaped so easily?
