The nap I had taken lasted more hours than I had calculated. Lion warned me to alert the doctor, but I knew this was a normal state of exhaustion. After all, it was vital to rest after recovering from death itself. Sometimes, my neck hurt, and the rope that almost strangled me even made my vocal cords sensitive.

I took the medication prescribed for my overall recovery and stretched my legs to do the exercises recommended by the doctor so that my neck would not stiffen and risk damage.
