Chapter 6. Out of the Woods

Just as the hairy beasty creature slowly approaches Alicia, the moon disappeared behind a blanket of dark gray clouds. It moved faster than a human speed which made it invisible for Alicia’s naked eye to perceive its movement.

Alicia gave a sigh of relief and quickly rushed to check on Lucas. “Lucas!” she yelled. She quickly went on her knees and lifted Lucas by the shoulder. “Please stay with me!” she said.
