Chapter 11. Join the Pack

“Who is this dude?” Lucas spoke in a frightened voice. His eyes scanned the 10 feet man from head to toe and what terrified him was the man’s eyes were glowing yellow just like the glowing green eyes he saw in the woods.

“His name is Stone, one of the werewolves,” Bonnie whispered.

On Stone’s neck was a tattoo of a crescent moon. Around his neck was a pedant with a wooden centerpiece carved into a crescent moon.

“Lucas, are you with me or not?” Bonnie whispered as she glanced at Lucas in expectation of what he had to say. She was curious if Lucas has made up his made to come with her or not. She doesn’t want to engage with Stone knowing that Lucas will join them. She wants to be sure where his loyalty lies before she risks her life defending him.

Lucas took a hurried look at Bonnie and squeezes out his words frightfully, “Yes, I’m with you!”
