Chapter 28. Stupid but Cute
Winston finally calmed down a bit, sitting on the ground with his hands covering his head and his tail drooping on the floor. Ron comforted him by patting his shoulder and said: "We should think about what to do next. Werewolves are pack animals – where there's one, there are usually more. So, it's likely that Wolfgang has others around him, living as humans. I don't understand why he approached Emily, though. She's just ordinary; what could he gain from being close to her?"
As she finished speaking, she glanced at her brother and suddenly had a realization. To him, Emily was also an ordinary person, but he still liked her. Wolfgang might have genuinely liked Emily as well.
It seemed Winston had a similar thought, as he released his tail and gritted his teeth, saying: "Someone as wicked as him has no right to like Emily! I must find a way to drive him away from her!"
