This makes me wonder if James Colucci's residence is a house or mansion that is in a luxurious condominium, or if he is the type of modern man who lives in a spacious apartment that has the entire penthouse of a building.

“I'm sure they will serve a lot of expensive champagne, I have to control myself and not get drunk at a party like this...", Samanta murmurs thoughtfully.
