Chapter 103

Gabriel’s POV

I sat still, unable to relax as I waited for Samantha and Liam to arrive. I may have told Daniel I had a plan but I really didn’t. Kai was aware that Liam and Samantha were with me that night so they were in danger too. I needed to tell them what I know so they would be aware of the kind of danger they are in.

They were taking their time getting here. It has been a while since I sent Daniel to call him or did he decide not to call them anymore for me? Maybe I should go and seek them out myself.

I stood up ready to make my way out of the room when the door opened. Samantha and Liam stepped into the room together and I narrowed my eyes at this. They seem closer these days but I couldn’t ask Samantha about it. It wasn’t my place to question what she does or the kind of relationship she keeps.

“Lock the door” I told them when they entered the room.

“Is anything the matter?” Samantha asked instead of locking the door as I had requested.<
