Daniel’s POV

We reached the entrance of the castle and three guards stopped us. These pack members or their Alpha must really be intrigued by the number three.

“We seek to see the Alpha.”

Unlike the two clowns who called themselves guards at the main gate, these ones didn’t laugh at us like we were some kind of alien joke. They only smiled and nodded. They did it at the same time and perfectly like they’ve been practicing it for years. Probably.
