Chapter 120
Samantha’s POV
I was angry, not just angry but livid at how nonchalant and careless Gabriel had become. I don’t mind that he sent me out to hunt but what I’m mad at is how he no longer seem to care about our wellbeing anymore. He sent me out to hunt without thinking about how dark or how dangerous it was. I know I am capable of taking care of myself but that’s not it.
I used my hands to push away the branches from the tress obstructing my part as I walked deeper into the forest and farther away from Gabriel. We already passed these area before and I sighted some animals earlier around here but I doubt I would be able to get any now because it was already late and I know many of them would have returned to their homes and hiding place
“Fuck!!!!” I yelled in frustration when my legs got caught in a tangle of wild flowers. I leaned down to disentangle them before moving on.
